Short Guide Sleeve - With Cleat - 3.0 mm

The 3.0 mm Short Guide Sleeve With Cleat is used with Guides fabricated for patients with inadequate inter-occlusal space. Sleeve is used to place over Straight Guide Post, which has been placed in the prosthetically planned 3/32” hole in the cast. Primotec metablue gel is added to capture the cleat, then cured to form the Guide.
