The 3.0 mm Guide Sleeve With Cleat is used for anterior and posterior areas where access to the implant area is unlimited.Sleeve is used to place over the Straight Guide Post, which has been placed in the prosthetically planned 3/32” hole in the cast. Primotec metablue gel is added to capture the cleat, then cured to form the Guide. 5.0 mm cleat usually used for a diagnostic guide only. For use in very narrow spaces.
