Using the Guide Righ (TM) GII Bending Tool to bend the guide post can accurately alter the angle of the guide sleeve. This is based on the angle determined by the scan image.

The GII Bending Tool includes:

• Bending Plate
• Stylus of your choice
• Stylus Support Bar
• Protractor

The Bending Tool is calibrated in 2º increments. The guide post is secured in the hole of the bending tool block and can easily be bent with the bending stylus. If a template is verified or evaluated with a 3D scan, the difference in the actual angle of the guide post and the desired angle of the guide sleeve can be determined. If the direction of the guide post is correct but the bodily alignment is off 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 mm, an Offset Guide Post can be used. If a different angle is desired with the offset post, the bending tool may be used to bend it as well.
